Maintenance Requests

All Maintenance requests should be submitted through HIPPO, our online work order system.

Access instructions: 

  • Scroll down on the home page of your TouroOne account.
  • In the "Facilities" section, select "Work and Key Request Link" 
  • Within HIPPO, you will be able to enter a work order. Be sure to include contact information including apartment number, room, phone number, email address and your detailed maintenance issue.
