This website provides the necessary information regarding the Institutional Compliance Program which was approved by the Board of Trustees of New York Medical College on March 5, 2007. The Institutional Compliance Program reaffirms the College’s commitment to conduct all of its operations and activities in a lawful manner, to increase awareness of such objectives and to foster a culture of compliance and accountability. The Institutional Compliance Program also reaffirms the responsibilities of all faculty, staff and students who work on behalf of New York Medical College that such activities are to be performed in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations and the policies and procedures of the College.
