Assistant Professor of Neurology
Christeena Kurian, M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY and an attending physician at Westchester Medical Center.
After graduating from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Dr. Kurian completed her medical internship at Montefiore Medical Center, Wakefield Campus. She completed her neurology residency at Westchester Medical Center/ New York Medical College where she served as chief resident. Thereafter she completed a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Kurian is board certified in Adult Neurology. Dr. Kurian has been a part of the faculty at Westchester Medical Center since 2019. She takes special interest in Vascular Neurology and in teaching and mentoring stroke fellows, residents and students. Dr. Kurian currently practices as a vascular and general neurologist at the Bradhurst Outpatient offices.
