Dr. Velez has been a faculty member at St. Joseph's Family Practice since 1997. A graduate of Fordham University, she attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean. She went on to obtain her law degree at Boston University School of Law, before doing her residency training at St. Joseph's Family Practice Residency where she was Chief Resident in her final year.
